This July, empower your teenagers with tools for both performance and personal growth through our Teen Performance, Leadership & WellBeing Summer Camp. Designed for active students, athletes, and young leaders, the programme blends yoga, mobility training, strength development, sports recovery, breathwork, mindfulness, and personal development.
Led by Master Aarya, PhD Scholar, with over 15 years of experience teaching youth and young adults, the camp goes beyond physical training to cultivate confidence, communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional resilience.
Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and practical challenges, participants learn to:

• 💡 Approach challenges with resilience and a positive mindset
• 📚 Apply skills to sports, academics, and everyday life
Drawing from anatomy, yoga philosophy, and modern movement science, students gain valuable tools to support their success in school, future studies, and beyond.

📜 Kids Summer Camp – Key Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment & Payment
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment.
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of camp cancellation by the organizer.
2. Attendance & Commitment
• We highly encourage completion of the full course to maximize benefits.
• No partial refunds for missed classes.
• Make-up sessions are not available unless explicitly arranged by the organizer.
3. Age & Eligibility
• The camp is designed for children aged 12-16.
• Organizers reserve the right to verify age and eligibility.
4. Health & Safety
• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during enrollment.
• Children should bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle daily.
• Organizers are not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow instructions.
5. Weather & Contingencies
• In case of severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning), sessions will be postponed or rescheduled.
• No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations, but make-up classes may be arranged where possible.
6. Photography & Media
• The camp may photograph or record activities for documentation and promotional purposes.
• By enrolling, parents consent to their child’s participation in such media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Certificates & Reports
• Certificates of Participation and Personalized Progress Reports will be issued only upon completion of the full camp.
8. Conduct & Discipline
• Children are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and peers.
• The organizer reserves the right to dismiss participants for disruptive behavior without refund.
9. Liability & Insurance
• Organizers will take all reasonable precautions, but parents remain responsible for their child’s personal insurance coverage.
• The camp is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Health disclosures protect both the child and the organizer.
