  • This training explained so well that yoga is not only about asana. Many trainings may focus heavily on asana, anatomy and teaching skills, while pragya TTC was more holistic which gave us the opportunity to also learn and practice mantras, experience the kriya practice with safe guidance, learning different kinds of pranayama and also deepen our understanding in yogic philosophy. 200 hours are definitely not enough to understand everything about yoga and this training prioritizes contents which may not be easily self-learnt from the internet. I am grateful to learn so much from this training and have many beautiful memories with the pragya family!

  • This course goes beyond anatomical studies and asana practices, delving into the spiritual and practical dimensions of yoga. Besides focusing on physical aspects, the course also includes various devotional practices. These practices, like mantra chanting and kriya (cleansing rituals), chakra knowledge, and yogic literature sharing, help us connect with the spiritual essence of yoga. Learning from Aarya, who has a strong background in Yoga and a deep understanding of Yoga history, language and culture, allows us to grasp Yoga's principles and debunk any misconceptions using authentic sources. The course originates from the Indian Yoga University, enhancing its credibility and providing a solid basis in Yoga's philosophy and practice. Despite a limited time schedule, we will still cover a variety of anatomical case studies and teach skills and observations, although some aspects may not be discussed in detail and may need more hours for further explanation. It is beneficial for determining students' body compositions and improving their yoga postures. The goal is to heighten our awareness and adaptability instead of following a one-size-fits-all approach. This course provides a solid foundation for understanding teaching and learning aspects of yoga.

  • Joining Pragya – 200-Hr Teacher Training has been a truly one-in-a-lifetime experience. The depth and breadth of information that was covered during this training has exceeded my expectations. The way the course was structured let us understand complex philosophy in a clear and accessible manner and how it could be applied in our own lives. I also really enjoyed the morning intensive sessions. We got to practice and breakdown all these different poses and understand ourselves and different body types, which is very interesting. At times, it was quite challenging, and did require discipline and commitment. However, the rewards have been gratifying. Thank you Aarya for the hardwork and effort in guiding us. One of the most rewarding aspects is the opportunity to meet and bond with fellow trainees, who share the same passion. This is truly a transformative  experience.   • It is a great experience overall with Aarya’s in-depth understanding of yogic knowledge and proven track record of teaching experiences at PURE. Pragya TTC brought me to the origin of yoga through yogic philosophies, demonstrating and explaining purpose of various practices and lifestyles, which involve so much more than just physical movements (although it is a very good starting point). It is a life changing experience if you allow yourself to immerse completely to the theme of the training - Pragya (insight, awareness and intelligence of understanding ourselves, surrounding people, the world and beyond.
