One-on-one private classes offer personalized sessions with our expert teachers, tailored to individual needs and goals. They are beneficial for beginners, those focusing on specific needs, or individuals with injuries or health concerns. Classes take place in the studio or via online sessions.

2-on-1 Private Class

Our special 2-1 private classes offer a fantastic opportunity for you and a friend or family member to practice together with the guidance of our experienced teachers. It’s a great way to receive personalized attention and support while enjoying the company of a loved one. Whether you’re aiming to improve your practice, have specific needs, or simply want to experience yoga in a semi-private setting, our 2-1 private classes can be held in the studio or online, whichever suits you the best.

Regular Group Private

Group private yoga is a specialized yoga class designed for a small group of individuals, with a maximum of up to 10 students. This format allows for a more intimate setting and personalized experience. The teacher can tailor the class to a specific theme or focus, such as inversion, arm balance, backbend, strength building or stress relief based on the group’s needs and goals. The sessions typically last for 90 minutes, providing ample time for comprehensive practice and individualized attention from the teacher. Classes take place in the studio.

Pragya Group Private

Pragya group private class is designed exclusively for Pragya graduate students. It’s an immersive and unique experience spanning over 120 minutes, encompassing breathing, mantra chanting, deep philosophical discussions, yogic applications and practices. It presents a bespoke opportunity for Pragya graduates to embark on an enriching and enlightening yoga journey.
