Transform your back-bending practice
Back-bending is not just about bending the spine; it’s a compound practice that encompasses understanding our unique body types, mental and emotional strength.
Great back-bending looks effortless, but it is the result of consistent, intentional and mindful training.
This training is an 18-hr training spanning across 2 weeks, allowing you and your body to adapt and condition. Maintaining a consistent and formulated practice is the key to achieve that effortlessness.
Deepening of Backbend Poses
Many practitioners lack awareness of the importance of proper engagement, which can significantly affect their growth and may even lead to injury.
A well-structured approach minimizes the risk of limitations and injuries while paving the way for breakthroughs in our practice.
Starting with essential warm-ups and practices to condition your body, you will be guided to explore different back-bending poses and variations aiming to expand your capacity and unlock your full potential.
Improve flexibility and strength
All back-bending poses require flexibility and strength.
Flexibility allows you to have the range of motion while strength allows you to hold a pose.
We will introduce many different drills and training that will help you gain a much better range of motion and strength, in not just the spine, but different parts of your body, leading you to achieving all back-bending poses and especially your dream pose
Build confidence
Many practitioners are hesitant to practice backbend due to fear and uncomfortableness. With guided practice of proper alignment and breathing techniques, you will be able to overcome the fear and build your confidence in approaching back-bending poses. By removing fear and focusing on the fundamentals, you can enhance your practice, not just in back-bending but your overall practice.
This training allows you to enjoy a more fulfilling practice.
