2. Taught by Well-credentialed Instructors
This teaching training is led by Master Aarya, PhD Scholar in Yog and holder of a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness. In addition to his academic background, he is also an experienced yog teacher with almost 10 years of teaching abroad experience.
Master Aarya takes a holistic approach in his teaching with a focus on fundamentals. He aims to help students find balance in life to achieve overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, both on and off the mat.
He adopts a fundamental-first and alignment-focused approach in his asana teaching. With his ability to identify his students’ strengths and body structures, he is able to guide his students to grow effectively. You will be able to learn how to develop the same skills in this training, which will be beneficial for your own practice and sharing.
We will also have guest presenters, who are experts in their respective fields, who will broaden your understanding and bringing specialized expertise that complements the course.
3. Help you understand the importance of yog philosophy
Yogic philosophy is the foundation and guiding principle of all yogic practices. It provides a comprehensive framework for our well-being. With proper understanding of yoga philosophy, your practice and your health will thrive in the right direction. Therefore, we place strong emphasis on embodying all these yoga philosophies in all parts of the training, whether it is during classroom sessions or practice sessions. We will make complex yoga philosophy easier for you to understand by exploring how these ancient teachings can be applied and expressed within the context of modern lives. Our aim is for you to not just intellectually understand yoga philosophy but make it a part of your life.
4. Structured and Accessible Programme
Drawing on the vast body of knowledge and practices that have accumulated over this long lineage, we aim to impart information on the history, philosophies, culture and traditions of yog in a structured and accessible way.
5. Experience different yogic practices
We adopt a holistic approach in our teaching. Apart from daily asana practices, you will explore and practice different pranayama, mudra, and bandha practices. You will also have the opportunity to practice different kriyas (cleansing) practices safely under the guidance of Master Aarya.
6. Interactive learning environment
Our training provides a vibrant, interactive learning environment that will foster holistic growth and development as a practitioner and aspiring teacher. Our curriculum is designed to actively engage you. There will be demonstrations, group discussions, hands-on practice sessions, sharing of your research work and peer teaching. We aim to empower you to grow as a practitioner and equip you to be a confident teacher.

Requirements
This will be a physically and emotionally demanding programme. It will require strong commitment and personal sacrifice, as well as the support of the student’s primary support network.
Interested students must:
- Have a strong desire to learn and explore the deeper dimensions of yog
- Have a minimum of 12 months of regular yog practice
- Be free of major injuries going into the programme
- Have an open-minded, committed growth mindset
- Be fully committed and understand that 100% full attendance is required
- Be willing to forgo most other personal or professional commitments for the duration of the programme
- Have read the required readings and submitted homework as instructed
FAQ
This training is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation for new practitioners.
We suggest students to have a minimum of 12 months of regular practice. However, you do not need to be an advanced practitioner. Having some basic understanding and consistent practice will allow you to progress faster during the training, instead of being a complete beginner.
Yes! Many students enroll in a 200-hour yog teacher training program because it is a great way deepen their own personal practice and learn about yogic wisdom and philosophies systematically.

Yes, our schedule to designed to accommodate working professionals and students. Weekday morning intensive sessions are from 7-9am and full-day training sessions are scheduled to take place on the weekends.
You are expected to have full attendance. If you have to miss any class, please inform us beforehand, and we will try our best to provide alternative arrangements to make up for any missed class.
Yes. We believe our training course is designed and structured in a way that our curriculum will be an addition to what you have learned before. It also serves as a great way for you to refresh your understanding and refine your teaching. Many of our previous graduates have completed another 200-Hr yog Teacher Training before enrolling into ours.
Yes, upon successful completion of this course, including passing the required assessment, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Yes, our course is designed to prepare you to start teaching once you have successfully completed the course. We are always here to support and guide you along your journey as a teacher and practitioner.
We believe a strong sense of community and support system are integral to this transformative and physically and mentally stimulating course. First, we try to keep our class size small, so each student will get focused guidance from our teachers. Our programme is also designed to foster a strong sense of community among students and graduates. You will have the opportunity to meet our graduates during the training. We will also organize events and trainings for our graduates, in order to help and guide you along your yogic journey.
