• Accommodation (6 Nights): Shared twin rooms in beautiful, yoga-centric retreat centers. (Single supplement available).

• Nourishing Meals: 3 daily vegetarian/satvik meals, plus herbal teas & water (from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 7).

• Full Yoga Program: All daily yoga, meditation, workshops (philosophy, pranayama), sound healing, and mantra sessions.
