Our 300-hr teaching training will take you further down the yogic passage, expand your knowledge by covering details of ancient texts and literature. You will discover answers to a lot of “why”s and “how”s, which will undoubtedly make your practice and sharing more grounding and solid.
Throughout the training, we will also help you deepen your practice by guiding you step-by-step how to approach and improve advanced yogic practices, including asan, pranayam, kriyas.
A key to being a confident and well-rounded practitioner and teacher is to have both breadth and depth of knowledge and solid practices. This is what this 300-hr teaching training will provide.

6. Taught by Well-credentialed Masters
This teaching training is led by Master Aarya, PhD Scholar in Yog and holder of master’s degree in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness. In addition to his academic background, he is also an experienced yoga teacher with almost 10 years of teaching abroad experience.
Master Aarya takes a holistic approach in his teaching with a focus on fundamentals. He aims to help students find balance in life to achieve overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, both on and off mat.
He adopts a fundamental-first and alignment-focused approach in his asana teaching. With his ability to identify his students’ strengths and body structures, he is able to guide his students to grow effectively. You will be able to learn how to develop the same skills in this training, which will be beneficial for your own practice and sharing.
We will also have well-credentialed guest presenters, who are experts in their respective fields, who will broaden your understanding and bring specialized expertise that complements the training.

• Valid refunds will be subjected to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Requirements
This will be a physically and emotionally demanding programme. It will require strong commitment and personal sacrifice, as well as the support of the student’s primary support network.
Interested students must:
- Have completed 200-Hr Teacher Training
- Have a strong desire to learn and explore the deeper dimensions of yoga
- Have a minimum of 12 months of regular yoga practice
- Be free of major injuries going into the programme
- Have an open-minded, committed to a growth mindset
- Be fully committed and understand that 100% full attendance is required
- Be willing to forgo most other personal or professional commitments for the duration of the programme
- Have read the required readings and submitted homework as instructed

This training will undoubtedly help you progress and refine your skills, making you a much more confident and well-rounded practitioner and teacher. You will be able to share with your students more effectively.
Yes. This training is designed to enhance and deepen your yogic knowledge and elevate your practices. Our training is suitable for any practitioners who are keen to learn more about yog and want to progress with their practice, sharing and teaching. Having teaching experience is not a pre-requisite to join our training.
Yes. This training is a great way deepen your own personal practice and learn about yogic wisdom and philosophies systematically. While we will teach you how to develop and refine your teaching skills, you can also apply those skills in other areas of your daily life. Our curriculum also enables you to know more about yourself and help you raise awareness and hence finding balance in your life.
This training is to help you progress and grow your practice. While advanced asan will be taught during the training, we will provide step-by-step guide and modifications for you to approach and work on such poses.
We suggest students to have a minimum of 12 months of regular practice.
Yes, our schedule to designed to accommodate working professionals and students. Weekday morning intensive sessions are from 7-9am and full-day training sessions are scheduled to take place on the weekends.
You are expected to have full attendance. If you have to miss any class, please inform us beforehand, and we will try our best to provide alternative arrangements to make up for any missed class.
We believe a strong sense of community and support system are integral to this transformative and physically and mentally stimulating course. First, we try to keep our class size small, so each student will get focused guidance from our teachers. Our programme is also designed to foster a strong sense of community amongst students, graduates and other members of the community. We will organize events and trainings for our graduates, in order to help and guide you along your yogic journey.
