Natasha (SKATING Trainer)
Natasha is a Hong Kong-bred quad skater born out of the COVID era (first skate: May 2021). From the words of one of her wise friends, she finds freedom through movement on 8 wheels. Though she is focusing on aggressive park skating at the moment, her skate experience ranges from jam skate, artistic, roller derby and street cruising. She has been a part of several HK based quad-focused collectives, including Madame Quad skate Emporium, Community in Bowls HK (CIB) and Hong Kong Roller Derby. Her best advice when teaching skating to newbies is always to “bend your knees, think less and smile”.
Aarya kuldeep (Yog Trainer)
Aarya, founder of Pragya Yog School, is a PhD research scholar and seasoned yog teacher with nearly a decade of international teaching experience. Aarya’s passion for yog began at the age of three and has deepened over the years. He is adept at quickly accessing his students’ unique strengths and body structures and needs – then providing precise pose breakdown and variations to support practitioners of all levels. He hopes his teachings and sharing can empower each and every one of his students to reach their full potential. He sees his students’ growth, both on and off mat, as his biggest driving force.
