Yog Therapy

Date : 7 September – 26 November 2025

This 100-hour CET course is rooted in ancient yogic philosophies and blends with modern science to address physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Designed for any practitioners, yog teachers and wellness professionals who seeks to integrate the healing principles of yog into modern lifestyle and therapeutic practice.

This course delves into the root causes of physical, mental, and emotional imbalances by blending ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary therapeutic techniques, unlike Western medicine, which often focuses on symptom management.

Through a structured and accessible curriculum, you will learn to assess individual needs, design personalized yog therapy protocols, and apply holistic lifestyle adjustments to restore balance.
