1What level of yog practice is required?

This training is for everyone whether your are just starting and is an advanced practitioner. This training will give sufficient personal guidance with the aim to help you progress and grow your practice. While advanced asan will be taught during the training, we will provide step-by-step guide and modifications for you to approach and work on such poses.

2I am not strong, will I be able to benefit from this training?

Yes! The focus of this training is to help you build strength and range of motion. We will have many different drills and practices that are suitable for practitioners of all levels of strength and flexibility.

3What is the main focus of the Inversion Intensive?

The intensive is designed to deepen your upside-down abilities by exploring biomechanics, safe practices, emotional aspects, and personalized training. It aims to enhance your strength, flexibility and overall practice.

No, this intensive is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your existing practice, you’ll benefit from the tailored approach that addresses individual strengths and weaknesses.

5How long is the training, and when does it take place?

The training spans 18 hours and takes place from 2 July to 13 July, 2025. This is structured over two weeks to allow your body to adapt and integrate the practices.

6What can I expect to learn during the intensive?

You can expect to learn about the biomechanics, proper alignment and techniques, emotional aspects of practice, drills for strength and flexibility, and how to build confidence in your inversions.

7Will there be any modifications offered during the training?

Absolutely! The training will cater to individual needs, offering modifications and custom-made practices to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.

8How do I prepare for this intensive?

It’s recommended that regular yogic practice be maintained leading up to the intensive. Come with an open mind, ready to explore your body’s capabilities and limitations.

9What should I bring to the training?

Please come with comfortable clothing and any personal props you usually use. A notebook for taking notes can also be helpful.

10Is there a maximum number of participants?

Yes, to maintain a personalized and focused training environment, there will be a limited number of spots available.

11Where will the training take place?

Our Pragya Yog School is located at 1303-04, 13/F Tak Woo House, 1-3 Wo On Lane, in the heart of central Hong Kong.

13I am not available on certain dates, can I do drop-in?

We encourage students to join the full training as we will explore the poses in a progressive manner.
