We will delve into the art of balance, both physically and mentally. A class designed to help you develop greater proprioception, core strength and focus. Balance is an essential component of a well-rounded practice and key to cultivate awareness and focus.

Flow

This dynamic and rhythmic class puts emphasis on linking movements with breath and improves your strength, balance and flexibility. We will work on fluid transitions between postures and synchronizing each movement with breath. This class will make you feel energized and empowered.

Pragya

In this comprehensive class, we will practice a carefully curated sequence designed to address key elements of a well-rounded practice. You will have the opportunity to build physical and mental capacity and cultivate awareness to achieve balance.

Flexibility

This class intends to help you improve your range of motion, increase mobility. We will guide you through poses aimed at lengthening and stretching major muscle groups. All levels are welcome, as modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can practice comfortably.

Restorative

This class is designed for you to find ease and balance, a class for you to release tension and unwind. Each class is designed to target specific areas of physical and emotional holding, helping you to retore the balance in you.

Traditional

This is a class is based on traditional yog practice and draw from the ancient lineages that forms the foundation of yogic tradition. We will offer guidance on yogic philosophy and include sharing on yogic wisdom.
