Pragya 200 – Full Training

This will be the teacher training that will transform you as a practitioner and as a person. A comprehensive and stimulating training that will help you build a solid foundation by growing your awareness on the foundational elements of yoga to equip you to evolve as a practitioner and an aspiring teacher.

Full-day training on weekends and 2-hour morning intensives on Tuesday and Thursday
