General

  1. This Thanksgiving offer (the “Offer”) is valid from now till 28 November 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. This offer is valid for first-time, existing and returning members.
  3. Upon placing an order for any offers in the Offer, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Studio Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  4. All physical gifts are limited to availability, available on first-come, first-served basis.
  5. All information collected by us under the Offer will be processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  6. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any event if the minimum number is not met or due to unforeseen events, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or the unavailability of instructors. Please refer to the below for more information.
  7. Photos or videos may be taken by us, participants, guides and professional photographers. These images may be used in any of our promotional materials, website, all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram) etc., unless you specifically request to the photographer or in writing to us, to not use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to us to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
  8. We shall have the sole and absolute right towards the Offer, including the right to cancel, postpone or change any details of the Offer without prior notice to any parties.
  9. We reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  10. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Payment and Refund

  1. For each event, workshop, intensive, retreat, teacher training and/or package in the Offer that you ordered during the Promotion Period, you are required to pay the following deposit within 2 weeks of placing the order:

  1. The remaining balance of the events, workshops, intensives, retreats and teacher training in the Offer that you ordered during the Promotion Period shall be paid to us on or before the following deadlines:

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, then your booking cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit and any admin fees paid.

  1. The remaining balance of the Private Class (excluding the Special 6-Hr 1-1 Private Class and 6-hr 2-1 Private Class packages), Group Private, Membership and Credits packages can be paid monthly after you have activated the package. For details, please contact us.
  1. The remaining balance of the Special 6-Hr 1-1 Private Class and 6-hr 2-1 Private Class packages shall be paid on or before your first class.
  1. All events, workshops, intensives, retreats, teacher training require a minimum number of participants (please refer to the below sections for their respective minimum number of participants). If the minimum number is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances, such event will be postponed or cancelled.If the event is postponed according to this clause, you may choose to transfer the payment to the later event. If the event is cancelled according to this clause, we will refund the full amount paid by you within 2 weeks via bank transfer (subject to bank charges)after you are notified, or we will refund you via credit which you may utilize for your next purchase.
  1. If you cancel 30 days or more (8 weeks or more is required for retreats) before the event date or the start date of the event, your deposit and any admin fees paid will be forfeited, and we will refund the remaining balance (subject to any bank charges) to you or we will refund via credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. There will be no refund if you cancel by giving less than 30 days’ notice (notice of 8 weeks or more is required for retreats).
  1. All Private Class, Group Private, Membership and Credits packages (“Special Packages”)in the Offer cannot be transferred, shared, sold or assigned to anyone. All monies paid for the Special Packages are non-refundable. No refund of any payment made shall be given to you under any circumstances. The Special Packages shall expire at the end of the period stated in your online account. Any sessions not used by the expiry date may not be used, redeemed or refunded.You understand and agree that you are not permitted to cancel the Special Packages before expiry of such Special Packages.

Event

  1. All workshops(including ABC workshops & Intensives) require a minimum number of 8 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, such event will be postponed or cancelled. We will notify you by email at least 1 week before the date of the event.

Teacher Training

  1. All teacher training requires a minimum number of 8 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, such event will be postponed or cancelled. We will notify you by email at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.

Retreat

  1. All retreats (except Tibet retreat) require a minimum number of 8 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, such retreat will be cancelled. We will notify you by email at least 1 month before the start date of the retreat.
  1. Tibet retreat requires 8 participants (and not more than 10 participants) to proceed, available on first-come, first-served basis. If we do not have 8 participants, such retreat will be cancelled. We will notify you by email at least 1 month before the start date of the retreat.
  1. All retreat prices exclude price of your flight tickets, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, tipping and any food or drink or additional excursions or activities which are not confirmed as being part of your retreat arrangements.
  1. Travel visas may be required. You are required to check the visa and health requirements prior to booking the retreat.
  1. You must be in possession of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel to retreat destinations (passport must be valid 6 months past the return date), all visas, permits and certificates including vaccination certificates (if required), insurance policies, etc. are required for the whole of the journey. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the retreat and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation. Any information or advice given by us regarding visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, etc. is purely advisory, provided as a courtesy and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions as to the information provided by third parties such as the appropriate governmental authorities.
  1. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please check with your physicians. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capabilities during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.
  1. Travel insurance in not included in any retreat package. Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to buy insurance please ensure that your travel insurance covers the activities of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all other risks associated with traveling and taking part in the retreat. You should bring your own travel insurance policy with you in case of an emergency.
  1. We shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during our retreat.
  1. We reserve the right to prohibit any one from continuing on a trip with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that his/her actions pose a threat to the safety of him/herself, others, or to the wildlife, or if his/her actions or behaviors are seriously jeopardizing the enjoyment of the trip for others. The decision of representative will at all times be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the trip.
  1. You must, at all times, strictly comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange of all countries visited, and we will not accept responsibility or liability for any one who contravenes any laws or other regulations of any country visited.

Special Packages

  1. You can purchase each of the Special Packages listed in the Offer once during the Promotion Period.
  1. All Special Packages validity starts from the date of the first class you attend.

    If you are a new member, you are required to activate your Special Packages within 2 months of purchase by taking your first class. For existing members who have regular class package and private class package, you shall activate your Special Package(s) within 2 weeks after the expiry of your current package.

  1. Special Packages shall expire at the end of the period stated in your online account. Any sessions not used by the expiry date may not be used, redeemed or refunded.
  1. Advanced booking is required for classes. Classes are booked via pragya-hk.com. Bookings and cancellations for Classes shall be done via your account at our website, pyshk.com. Please refer to the Studio Terms and Conditions for further information.
