Dr. Yatendra Dutt Amoli holds a PhD in Yoga specializing in Kashmir Shaivism—a rare and profound lineage of Tantra Philosophy. Over a distinguished 20-year teaching and academic career, he has authored numerous research papers published in international journals of high repute.
Published Author: His definitive book on Kashmir Shaiva Philosophy is published by Chaukhamba, India’s premier oriental publisher.
Global Educator: He has contributed major articles to the Yoga Journal (China editions), and his insights have been broadcasted nationally by CGTN and CCTV.
Cultural Envoy: Appointed as the ICCR Chair by the Ministry of External Affairs (Govt. of India), he established the first India-China Yoga College at YMU, Kunming in 2015.

1Who can join?

All levels of practitioners are welcome — whether you are new to yog and sound practices or have years of experience, the immersion is designed to be accessible and enriching for everyone.

2Is there a drop in option?

Yes, drop‑in attendance is possible. However, for a comprehensive practice and deeper understanding, we encourage you to attend both the morning sadhana & the full weekend immersion.

3Is there a special offer if I join both?

Yes, participants who join both the 5‑day morning sadhana and the weekend immersion will enjoy a discounted package of HKD 3,700.

4What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, a notebook and an open mind. All other props and materials will be provided.

5Do I need prior experience with chanting or breathwork?

No prior experience is required. All practices will be guided step‑by‑step, with space for both beginners and advanced practitioners to deepen their journey.

6How do I register?

You can reserve your spot through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly. Early registration is recommended as spaces are limited.

How you begin your day shapes your entire consciousness. Join us for a 5‑day progressive morning series dedicated to the ancient yogic science of sound, breath, and inner awareness. Over five consecutive mornings, we will build a steady, cumulative practice to sharpen mental focus and touch the depths of inner silence.
