ABC – Full Bow

Our next workshop in the ABC series is Full Bow Pose, which is also known as the Purn Dhanur Asan, one of the most powerful and Detoxifying Backbend asan. It is one of the essential and standard Pose of Hath Yogic practices,also a compound practice asan which requires a lot of preparation and holds immense traditional and spiritual significance.
