Our 3-part backbend intensive will focus on deepening your backbend practice by building strength, flexibility, and awareness in your spine in a progressive manner. You’ll explore various backbends, learn proper alignment, and gain confidence in your practice. Expect to work with props like blocks and straps, and potentially even partner work. You could join us even if you couldn’t join Part 1& 2 of the intensive. This intensive is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
