Practices for Kundalini Workshop
- Pranayama with the visualization of the syllables in the Chakras.
- Practice of Ajapa Jap and visualization of the Chakras with corresponding breaths in each chakra.
- Soham breathing practice.
- Nyasa- sequential flow of awareness at the different external points of body.
- Inversion practices and visualization of the pranic flow within the body.

Upon arriving at Delhi on 16 May, we will take a domestic flight to Chandigarh and when we return to Delhi on 25 May, we will also take a domestic flight from Chandigarh to Delhi.

Personal expenses
- Any additional excursions or activities which are not confirmed as being part of your retreat arrangements
- Upon signing up for the retreat you are required to pay a deposit of HK$ 2,000.
- The remaining balance of shall be paid to us on or before 7th April 2025. If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, then your booking cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit and any admin fees paid.
- If the minimum number is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances, such retreat will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled, we will notify you by email at least 1 month before the start date of the retreat and refund the full amount paid by you within 2 weeks via bank transfer (subject to bank charges) after you are notified, or we will refund you via credit which you may utilize for your next purchase.
- If you are unable to attend after you have signed up, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@pyshk.com. If you cancel on or before 21st March 2025, your deposit and any admin fee paid will be forfeited, and we will refund the remaining balance (subject to any bank charges) to you or we will refund you via credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. There will be no refund if you cancel by giving less than 30 days’ notice.
Notes:
- Travel visas may be required. You are required to check the visa and health requirements prior to booking the retreat.
- You must be in possession of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel to retreat destinations (passport must be valid 6 months past the return date).
- If you have any health conditions or concerns, please check with your physicians. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capabilities during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.
