This 21-day practice immersion is designed for new and seasoned yogis seeking a deeper connection with themselves, and a greater sense of well-being. In this course, Kapil will prioritize the practices of Pranayama and Dharana Sadhana, with the specific goal of awakening and purifying the Chakras. You will discover how these ancient practices can benefit your mind, body, and soul and gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy behind the practices and how they can be incorporated into your daily life. You will learn the importance of breath control, meditation, and concentration, and experience firsthand their profound benefits, and how they can help you achieve inner peace and harmony, not only in your yoga practise but in your day-to-day life.

In Week 1, the main focus will be on on using Pranayama and Dharana Practice to activate the Chakras. This will aid in enhancing and maintaining the overall quality of each Chakra. The themes below will provide the basis for each of the 6 days:

Day 1. STABILITY 

Day 2. FLUIDITY 

Day 3. SELF EMPOWERMENT

Day 4. COMPASSION

Day 5. CREATIVITY

Day 6. MENTAL CLARITY

The 2nd week will focus on using Pranayama and Dharana Practice to cultivate stability and clarity of mind. 

All the 3 levels of the mind, conscious, subconscious, unconscious, will be used to reach a heightened state of concentration.

DAY 1 & 2 

These sessions will focus on bringing our Conscious Mind into our control with Pranayama and Pratyahara techniques.

DAY 3 & 4 

These sessions will focus on ways to influence our Subconscious Mind. We will how to harness the power of our Subconscious Mind to achieve positve results in our daily lives.

DAY 5 & 6 

These sessions will be centered around accessing our Unconscious Mind, to purify and resolve our deep seated suppressions and impurities.

In the 3rd week, we will be focusing on cleansing, expressing, and feeling extremely positive emotions by utilizing Pranayama and Dharana techniques. For the first three days, we’ll delve into our energy body and rid ourselves of any harmful emotions such as : 

Day 1 Fear

Day 2 Greed

Day 3 Jealousy

The next 3 days we will focus on cultivating and awakening positive, uplifting and beneficial emotions such as:

Day 4 Self Love

Day 5 Honesty

Day 6 Faith and Surrender

On every 6th day during the course, we will study Pranayama and Dharana Sutras from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Every week, on day 7, our focus will be on self-practice as a way to develop self-discipline.
