Grace began her yog journey in 2019. She is a nature lover and has a particular interest in the therapeutic applications of yoga, which led her to explore practice as a way of reconnecting with her body and mind. As a teacher, her inspiration lies in guiding students to connect with their physical and mental body through breathing, asanas and meditation practices. Having completed 200 hours of teacher training, Grace sought to expand her knowledge and skills further, pursuing advanced yogic education with Aarya Kuldeep at Pragya Yog School. As a dedicated practitioner and teacher, Grace is passionate about offering her students the best practice according to their body and practicing level. Her teaching style reflects her own practice: strong, authentic, and her playful spirit that invites exploration and joy.
