Yog Instructor
Marcus Yog Instructor finds calmness on the yog mat. Through years of dedicated practice, he has developed a deep appreciation for cultivating presence, inner strength, and mindfulness in everyday life. His passion for yog stems from its ability to enhance mental clarity, self-awareness, and self-love while creating harmony between the body and mind.
Marcus believes that yog is much more than physical advancement. Alongside asan (posture practice), he emphasizes the importance of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to deepen one’s practice and develop a stronger connection between breath, body, and mind. He encourages his students to build a solid foundation of strength, flexibility, and body awareness before progressing to advanced postures.
His teaching style focuses on precise alignment, muscle engagement, breath awareness, and mindful movement, enabling practitioners of all levels to explore yog safely and confidently while discovering their own potential through consistent practice.
In addition to being a yog instructor, Marcus is also a Sound Healer. Through the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and sound healing practices, he helps individuals release emotional stress, cultivate compassion, and experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.
